About

A place for mindful practice

Yoga Parvati Studio sits in the heart of Varna — a space for yoga, breath, meditation and transformational work. It was founded by Petya Nikolova, who has over 25 years of teaching experience.

"Yoga is a choice — a choice for a full and happy life."

Our philosophy

Three pillars, one practice

Parvati rests on three interwoven ideas. They shape how we teach and how every class on the schedule is built.

Purification

Releasing physical and emotional accumulation through asana, breath and conscious movement. The body and mind return to a natural state of lightness.

Direction

Finding clarity — what to build, what to release, how to live more wholly. The practice is a tool, not a destination.

Awareness

Attention to the present moment — on the mat and beyond. Over time, awareness becomes a habit that changes how you live every day.

Petya Nikolova (Jyoti)

Founder

Petya Nikolova · Jyoti

Over 25 years of teaching yoga and transformational practice. Petya is the face and hand behind Parvati — the creator of the space, the voice of the classes and the one who leads the deepest meditation and breath sessions.

Beyond Hatha, Petya runs individual consultations, meditation sessions, integrative breathing and sound therapies. She specialises in working with people moving through challenging life moments — illness, loss, reorientation.

The name "Jyoti" means light — something she likes to remind every person who crosses the studio threshold.
