My journey with yoga began in my teenage years. First impression was calming and balancing experience which definitely made me think that it is something unique. From the start, I felt an immediate, uplifting shift in my mood and posture, as if my mind and body were finally in sync with the world around me.
Yoga felt natural to me, as if I had been practicing it all along. I even had flashbacks to childhood, when I would challenge myself with poses just for fun—I like to believe I was a yogi in a past life.
Years later, I found myself in the breathtaking landscapes of Tirol, Austria, where I reconnected with yoga on a deeper level. It helped me to immerse in nature’s beauty, I felt a new calm and purpose. This led me to a Sivananda retreat in Reith, near Kitzbühel, where under the guidance of a Swamis who had dedicated years to the yogic way of life, I learned to appreciate the spiritual, mental, and physical dimensions of yoga. By completing the teacher training course, I became ready to share my passion.
Yoga is now my companion in daily life. It helps me navigate life’s ups and downs, enhances my health and well-being, and mirrors my personal growth. Every session is a moment of gratitude, a chance to balance my day, and a reminder of the resilience I carry within.
More than a practice, yoga has become a lifestyle—a path of rising above obstacles and opening my mind to new possibilities. I believe that in each step of this journey, we uncover a new self, and sharing this awareness with others feels like the most fulfilling path forward
